Keddy Steele were present for Virginia Energy.  Cody Zirkle with OSM was also present, along with Dave Powers and
Kevin Large with the company.  No problems were noted with the inspection, and it appears the site is ready for final
release.  The final invoice was submitted following the inspection, payment of the invoice is recommended.  A photo of the
site is shown below.
